Michael C. Bivona
Since joining the firm as an associate in 2013, Michael has regularly appeared before Connecticut’s criminal and civil courts in a variety of matters. He is the co-chair of the Firm’s Restraining Order and DUI/DWI Practice Groups.
Michael shares his love for trial advocacy by coaching for Quinnipiac Law’s mock trial society. He has been recognized by Super Lawyers* as a Connecticut Rising Start for both 2017 and 2018. He has spoken numerous times to groups of middle and high school students and their parents about the dangers of subtance abuse and the criminal consequences associated with it.

Graduated magna cum laude with an honors concentration in Criminal Law and Advocacy. Executive Vice President of the Mock Trial Society and was part of the 2012 Quinnipiac Law/ABA Criminal Justice Trial Advocacy Competition Championship team, Michael also won the Best Overall Advocate award at this competition. Upon graduation he received the Arnold J. Bai Award for Outstanding Promise in Litigation.
